The Gruppo Guide Alpine “Val di Sole” (Val di Sole’s Mountain Guides Team) was born in 1982 from a group of friend, all mountain-lovers, who decided to gather under a single “shield” all the Guide which were living in the valley.

Along the years there have been several changing among the team, and many have been the improvement from that first year. This website is our last news in terms of contacting people.

Hiking on the mountains, at any altitude, in any season, is the best way to discover the real heart of the mountains. This intense emotion must be felt in silence, in the middle of empty spaces, feeling free in front of wide horizons. Walking, hiking, climbing or skiing: in any case, it is a long way to find what nature has to offer you. A step-by-step path which can be made easier by the leading of an expert such as a Mountain Guide.

The leading of a mountain guide from the Val di Sole valley can really be what you are looking for: their experience, together with their knowledge of their native places, will give you much more than a simple guidance. It will be a fulfilling experience, because while you simply walk in the middle of nature, the guide will give you so many insight about history, people, places and so on that you will sure come back with a profound experience.
