I am one of the Trentino Fishing Guides. My name is Gianni. I am 58 years old and I live in Stenico, at the feet of the Brenta Dolomites, in Trentino. Since my childhood I have always felt a great attraction to water and water sports, particularly fishing. Bio

I am one of the Trentino Fishing Guides. My name is Gianni. I am 58 years old and I live in Stenico, at the feet of the Brenta Dolomites, in Trentino.

Since my childhood I have always felt a great attraction to water and water sports, particularly fishing. I have licenses from FIN (lifesaver, trainer) and FIPSAS (environmental instructor and competition judge).

In my lifetime, I have been lucky. I have travelled extensively, and encountered different places, people, languages and cultures. I have practised and taught scuba diving as an assistant instructor, and I have been fishing all over the world.

By profession, I am a swimming instructor, and by passion, a Trentino Fishing Guide. With my colleagues, we all share the will to help our guests live unique fishing experiences, in extraordinary natural environments which we would like to valorise and maintain unspoiled.

Fishing is a sport and a hobby, but above all it is an art. And in a mountainous place like Trentino, it is a tradition.
