This is the belief behind the course that I propose: Yoga & Climbing – the perfect match.

During the three days we will address various issues: safety, materials, climbing techniques, with a particular focus on the elegance of the movements and the awareness of your body on the wall. Every day, in the afternoon, you can attend a yoga class.

Arco is the climbing country with numerous cliffs, for all tastes and levels of preparation. Depending on your level, we will select the best crags to be addressed to make these three days an unforgettable experience!

We offer the possibility to rent equipment, helmet and harness. We hope many of you will come!

Detailed plan

The course consists of three days:

Day 1: 9:00 am meeting at the car park “Al Ponte”, Arco. Reached the cliff, we will begin to examine all the issues related to climbing using the technique “top rope”. They will use many exercises that will help you find safety and elegance in the wall movements. Conclusion of the morning scheduled for 14:00. In the afternoon, from 16:00 to 17:30, we will live the sensory experience of Yoga.

Day 2: 9:00 am meeting at the car park “Al Ponte”, Arco. We will dust off all notions treated the previous day and introducing techniques to be followed by the team leader. Conclusion of the morning scheduled for 14:00. In the afternoon, from 16:00 to 17:30, we will face once again with the techniques of Yoga.

Day 3: 9:00 am meeting at the car park “Al Ponte”, Arco. The last day includes the selection of a more demanding cliff that together we will select depending on your level. Conclusion of the morning and the course planned for 14:00.
