Mount Roen is the highest peak of the Mendola Chain (2116m) and we will try to conquer it in Mtb. It will be a busy day due to the difference in altitude of 1500m and the last stretch that will force us to get off the bike. Description

Mount Roen is the highest peak of the Mendola Chain (2116m) and we will try to conquer it in Mtb. It will be a busy day due to the difference in altitude of 1500m and the last stretch that will force us to get off the bike. However, the flat top of Mount Roen, where the great Roen cross is, will give us one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Trentino. Wonderful will be the glimpse of the underlying Adige Valley, where you can see Bolzano and Lake Caldaro. Further on, the group of Catinaccio (Rosengarten), Latemar and Marmolada will be well visible.
We will leave Coredo Ponds and reach the towns of Don and Amblar. From here we will begin the climb that will take us to the Malga di Romeno. The last stretch will take us up to 2116m to Cima Roen. The return will be fun along single track more or less demanding and forest roads.

Detailed plan

Meeting time: 9:00 am at the Coredo Two Lakes
Return: around 4:00 pm.
The price includes the accompaniment of the Mtb Guide. At the discretion of the participants, we can arrange for refreshments in a hut or, alternatively, for a packed lunch.
We offer the possibility of renting the E-Bike (35 euros).
