Trentino, as well as being an unspoiled place, is also a place of history and culture. We want to make you discover this aspect of Trentino with this great MTB tour, ideal for those who have a bit of workout and want to dive in the past to discover the paths of the Great War.
From the Tonale pass, located at 1884 mt. on the sea level. We will reach the village of Vermiglio (about 15 km) through the forest road of Ospizio San Bartolomeo. Crossing the ancient village, you will come across the ancient road that led to Fucine di Ossana.
You can admire the imposing ex Fort Mero that, with the fort Tonale, Strino, now exhibition space, Zaccaria and Pozzi Alti, constituted the defense belt of the Habsburg Empire.
